All Points Training
This training is designed in two parts. Part 1 is for Administrator(s) and Part 2 is for the End User(s). Each of the training sessions is hands on and customized to reflect client input options.

Part 1: Administrators
Administration Console and Client Process and Display Decisions
- Overview of MediaSite Live, anticipated use, and Administrator decisions - content sources available for input
- Category manager review and determination
- Process information to be distributed to End Users
- Determination of procedures if server is down during capture process - configuring the Administration Console
Part 2: End Users Concept
- Options available to the end user: live, on demand, burned to CD - process determined by Administrators
- Information flow re: process as determined by Administrators
Presenter Console
- Scheduling a capture session: options and necessary information
- Polling: creating polls, monitoring polls. review of poll data in on demand use
- Q&A Forum: access and use
- Advanced settings: role of Administrator in determining
Capture Station
- Log on to Capture Station
- Opening the scheduled session
- Testing the server connection
- Capturing a presentation using available input options - using library images and advance vs. auto buttons
- Capturing a presentation while the server is down and recovering that session to the server
- Improving your presentation
