Time & Materials - Maintenance
The following tenns apply for customers who do not choose to enter into a maintenance plan. The bulk of manufacturer warranties require a return to factory for repair and the system may be non-functional during this period.
Manufacturer Warranty
- Terms and Conditions are supplied by each manufacturer with the equipment purchased. RoData will provide no equipment warranties outside of the Manufacturer.
- RoData Telephone Support Labor Rate is currently $95.00 per hour (1 hour minimum charge), subject to change.
- RoData will supply phone support at no charge for 30 days after equipment installation.
- Calls that are determined to be either network or user related are subject to billing at the published RoData Telephone Support Labor Rate.
Basic System Warranty
- RoData will warrant AMX and Crestron control systems software for a period of 30 days after installation to correct any bugs that are discovered during usage. This warranty does not apply to touch panel design changes or operational design changes. This warranty does not apply to any hardware.
- RoData will warrant all workmanship for a period of 30 days.
