Before making the call, please ensure that you are prepared to supply the following information to the RoData Service person:

|
|
- Company name.
- Site Location and address
- Contact name
- Contact Telephone Number
- System type
- System Serial number
- Description of problem
- No or bad video
- No or bad audio
- Unable to dial out or receive calls
- When was the system last working properly
- Trouble shooting steps already taken

|
|
To initiate the call, dial RoData Service at 412-782-8221
|
|
|
|
The Receptionist will:
|
|
|
|
- Ask you for the information listed above
- Open up a Service Ticket.
- Provide you with the Service Ticket No.
- Try to solve the problem over the phone.
|
|
|
|
If the problems cannot be fixed over the phone, then a Service Technician will be dispatched to the site.
|
|
|
|
Arrangements for the site visit will vary depending on any prevailing Maintenance or Warranty agreements, or if no such agreement is current, then the visit will be handled on a Time and Material basis.
|
|
|
|
If for any reason you should need to call RoData Service again relating to this same problem, you should give the Service Ticket No. to the Service person. This will help expedite the resolution process.
