RoData is proud to be a Nationwide Service Provider as well as one of the few Polycom Certified Service Providers. RoData has regional service centers in the northeastern US and strong representation in most other regions of the country.

In addition to the services provided by the manufacturer, customers can purchase Critical Care, On-Site Service, as well as a variety of expanded and fast-response services to keep your video communications systems on-line. Standard Care services include unlimited technical telephone support; next day parts, and a fixed-price contract for on-site support including labor, and travel; and access to our 24-hour Video Test Facility for system confidence checks. Available options can further expand these services to include 7-day/24-hour telephone support and/or Express Care second-day on-site response, subject to restrictions. Whatever and wherever the problem, RoData service will be there when you need it, and you can count on our “Work Through to Completion” Commitment.

RoData will also provide Custom Care a customized maintenance plan at the customer’s request.This plan is designed to assist a customer in procuring coverage that is reflective of their individual needs or budgetary constraints
