Custom Care 2007 - Maintenance Services
RoData will provide a customized maintenance plan at the customer’s request. The customized plan is designed to assist a customer in procuring coverage that is reflective of their individual needs or budgetary constraints. A package will be constructed based around the needs of the customer to maintain their system at the expected operating efficiency. RoData and the customer will make coverage decisions on a line item basis weighing the impact to the system of a specific item failure against the investment required to provide replacement coverage. Items such as peripheral devices may be deemed by the customer as of less importance to the overall system and therefore a return to factory for repair may be considered adequate coverage. Items such as control systems or video codecs may be deemed as mission critical and a replacement contract will be required. The customized plan will be written and quoted by RoData after both parties have agreed to the line item coverage and response time frames required. The customer will be required to sign and return a copy of the agreement to RoData before the plan will take effect. |
